Shipping & Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases are final as we are unable to restock used or previously purchased items due to sanitary reasons. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at shop@ailamodern.com immediately and we will gladly replace your purchase once the damaged item has been returned. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

• You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
• Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified. 
• Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed. 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders typically ship on the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Arrival time may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
